As a Construction Engineer, you will be part of a team of engineers who will provide engineering services for large and small projects. Your responsibilities will include defining system requirements, design criteria, technical specifications, data sheets, and technical reports. You will also work on all buildings, structural, and cadastral practices. Responsibilities
Follow construction supervision and structural activities of all AvioAero sites Take part in energy audits at AvioAero sites Verify compliance of buildings and structures and plan interventions in the investment plan Participate in preliminary studies between AvioAero sites regarding technical/regulatory aspects of construction and structural works Participate in feasibility studies and cost estimation activities Interface with external design consultancy firms Help develop building and structural design to meet project planning, quality, and cost goals Be involved in the concept design phase, material selection, and perform design reviews Follow construction activities of building and structural works Participate in the commissioning phase Keep all documentation produced by the various Italian and foreign sites up to date
Qualifications / Requirements
Master’s Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering Basic knowledge of construction and applicable regulatory and technical standards Fluent in Italian and English Availability to travel in the short- and medium-term Work visa in accordance with local regulations Applicants must hold Italian, Japanese, or British citizenship

Strong oral and written communication skills Basic knowledge of specific engineering software such as AutoCAD 2D/3D and structural calculation software Ability to document, plan, and execute projects Experience in building engineering or involvement in complex projects (not mandatory but a plus) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
