We are now looking for an bIT Application Training Coordinator /b who will be responsible for developing and maintaining training content for multiple programs within the Generac Digital Business Office. The IT Application trainer will prepare thorough content and deliver it in training sessions, and will gather and document feedback from users after go-live initiatives as needed. The training analyst will create comprehensive, role-specific training courses using industry and training best practices and a variety of training vehicles. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop, and deliver btraining programs focused on ERP and CRM systems /b for end users, employees, and Subject Matter Experts, including "Train the Trainer" initiatives. /liliDevelop and implement training courses for employees including refresher training. Present system functionality via in-class or virtual settings. /liliProvide training support for integrated enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and other business applications, ensuring users understand system functionality and business processes. Assist in the preparation of formal project communications, user guides, and training materials to support system rollouts and process changes. /liliConduct needs assessments to identify training options. Contribute to testing to become an expert in new functionality. /liliServe as a change agent for the Customer Experience organization by identifying and executing continuous improvement efforts and partnering with Change Management Specialist, Global Business Process Owners and Leadership Teams.
