Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to join our team as a Regional IT Manager. This key role will be responsible for defining and executing the corporate IT strategy, aligning with business objectives, and driving collaboration between IT and operational units.
Responsibilities:
* Co-responsible for the definition of the Corporate IT Strategy
* Responsible for the execution of the Corporate IT Strategy and the alignment with the business strategy within the region oversee
* Developing, defining, and improving standards and processes within the region
* Drive and facilitate effective collaboration and communications between the IT organization and the operational units within the region
* Advises on ICT opportunities, optimizations, and innovations as a member of the Corporate IT management team and the Regional management team
* Contact person and link between the IT department and external service providers
Requirements:
* Successfully completed IT studies
* Ideally several years professional experience in relevant areas at the interface between IT and Business
* Very good knowledge of the concept, design, and operation of heterogeneous IT landscapes
* Experienced in IT service management and administration of internal and cloud infrastructure
* Experience in migration of on-premises IT environment into the cloud is a plus
* Very good know-how in IT security, including datacenter, cloud, end-user devices, processes
* Experience in network technologies (virtual networks, routers, firewalls)
Personal Qualities Required for the Position:
* Strong team, customer and service orientation on the one hand and being highly self-motivated to drive change
* Thorough knowledge and experience in project and quality management methods (Agile, Scrum, ITIL)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting and dynamic priorities
