We are building a new category: Relational Presence Systems.
We are entering the most critical phase: from 0 to 1. There is no fully structured system yet. No playbook. There is a product about to be launched, and it needs to be brought into the world.
What this role is about:
This is not a “marketing management” role.
It is about:
• taking something incomplete
• shaping its perception
• driving the first real traction
• building while moving
You will work directly with the founder to define and execute the first go-to-market layer of InsideHolo.
What you will do
• Design and execute the initial go-to-market strategy
• Identify and test early traction channels (organic-first)
• Translate product positioning into real-world perception
• Build and iterate on early growth loops (content, outreach, activation)
• Define and refine messaging based on real user signals
• Turn weak signals into actionable direction
• Prioritize speed and learning over perfection
This role is execution-first: strategy matters only if it translates into action.
What will NOT work here
• Performance-only mindset (ads, funnels, optimization)
• Social media management as a primary skill
• Experience only in structured, late-stage environments
• Purely theoretical or advisory approach
• Need for perfect briefs, assets, or validation before acting
If you need a defined system to operate in, this is not the right role.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in 0→1 or early-stage launches
• Ability to operate in ambiguity without losing direction
• Strong judgment and fast decision-making
• Combination of structured thinking and hands-on execution
• Ownership mindset: responsibility for outcomes, not tasks
• Ability to work closely with a founder-led vision
Bonus (not required):
• Experience in AI products or emerging tech categories
• Ability to shape narrative, not just distribute content
