We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation.
To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Digital Government and GovTech experts across the European Union.ResponsibilitiesDigital government and digital transformation strategiesDevelopment of digital public services and GovTech solutionsInteroperability and digital architecture advisoryPolicy and regulatory analysis related to EU digital initiativesStakeholder engagement and institutional capacity buildingProfile Requirements8+ years of experience in digital government, ICT advisory, or public sector digital transformationExperience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrationsExpertise in areas such as digital public services, interoperability, GovTech, or digital strategyStrong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation of reports, strategies, or policy studiesAdvanced degree in public policy, ICT, digital governance, economics, or related fieldsFluency in English is required.
