PJob Description /ppstrongABOUT THIS JOB /strong /ppData is what makes the world go round. We support clients in defining Brand positioning, growth strategies and effective communication activities (e.g. brand health analysis, campaigns effectiveness. etc.). And how do we do that? By listening to their needs, establishing research strategies, and providing them with relevant insights and recommendations. /ppIn a nutshell, we are looking for a person that is passionate about all aspects of (market) research, dedicated in performing a project from beginning to end. You understand what our clients require insights on and perform the right analysis to deliver clear action points to them. You do so in collaboration with other team members and other company functions. /ppstrongRESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pulliManage clients and projects from proposal to final results’ presentation. /liliPlay the key role in the delivery of projects including questionnaire design, sample definition, analytical plan and report, supported by the more junior members of the team. /liliCooperate with all the company functions (Operations, Sales, Data scientists, etc.) to get the project executed with proper timing and high-quality deliverables. /liliConduct verbal presentations of key findings to the client (also in English). /liliConnect the dots: linking insights from various studies into cohesive meta-analytical perspectives. /liliDaily contact with clients, understanding needs and getting needed information, proactively identifying opportunities to share with the Sales team. /li /ulpstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulliDegree (preferably Sociology, Statistics of even Economics). /liliAround 7 years as a quantitative Market Researcher in a Research Agency (preferably with Brand Communication expertise). /liliItalian native, Fluent in written and spoken English. /liliGood planning, organizational, analytical and project skills. /liliGood communication skills. /liliAbility to organize and manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgets. /liliAbility to interpret data. /liliFull proficiency in PowerPoint Excel (medium). /liliKnowledge of advanced statistics (multivariate analysis, data processing). /liliEagerness to learn, an open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude. /liliProblem solver, creative and can-do attitude with a mindset aimed at solidarity and teamwork. /liliStrong desire to grow and help others to further develop. /li /ulpstrongWHAT WE CAN OFFER: /strong /pulliWork in a dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies. /liliHybridwork options. /liliInternal trainings will be provided together with detailed onboarding agenda. /liliAccess to learning platforms. /liliStaff and team events. /li /ulp#LI-FC /pp#LI-Hybrid /pAdditional InformationpstrongOur Benefits /strong /pulliFlexible working environment /liliVolunteer time off /liliLinkedIn Learning /liliEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP) /li /ulpstrongAbout NIQ /strong /ppNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
