What You Need to Be Successful
* Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.);
* Less than 18 months of professional experience;
* Fluency in English; a second language will be considered a plus;
* Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders;
* Innate aptitude for teamwork;
* Personal drive and result orientation.
