ITALY TREVISO, ITALY COMMERCIAL AFTER SALES / CUSTOMER CARE 05 / 19 / 2025 CONSUMER CARE SPECIALIST - MATERNITY LEAVE Responsibilities As a Consumer Care Specialist, you will be a key "focal point" for our HQ Logistics, E-Commerce, Finance & Controlling departments. Your primary goal will be to ensure an outstanding Customer Experience across all touchpoints (including payment, shipment, after-sales, product support, and pre-purchase inquiries) while maintaining high operational efficiency. You will support our subsidiaries and specific country markets, analyzing performance to identify and address any gaps. This role operates across multiple brands and geographies with a primary focus on EU operations. Key Responsibilities : Customer Support & Resolution: Support the team in resolving customer tickets, gathering insights into consumer needs and requests to help improve workflows. Manage consumer inquiries and claims related to logistics and financial issues. Act as the highest escalation level within the EU for customer requests, supporting call centers and subsidiaries. Process Improvement & Collaboration: Collaborate with E-commerce to define and implement standard procedures. Serve as the "voice of the customer" for e-commerce topics. Partner with Logistics on project management. Work with Finance to ensure market coverage of payment methods while minimizing fraud. Collaborate with teams for operational excellence. Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor activities of contact centers and subsidiaries. Analyze KPIs related to Customer Care, Logistics, and Payments to improve results. Job Profile Qualifications & Skills : Degree in Languages, Humanities, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Excel and strong computing skills.
