The resource will have the following responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. - Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and product life cycle management. - Campaign Development: Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and events. Define clear KPIs and monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation. Lead brand marketing manager team as well as marketing shared services - Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources. Measure ROI on marketing activities and report on performance metrics to stakeholders. - Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets. Explore sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that enhance brand visibility. - Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Requisiti: - Bachelor - or Master degree in business relevant field, preferably MBA from recognized institution; - 5 - 7 years of Marketing experience in a global, or European context for durable lifestyle consumer goods, ideally sporting goods; - Digital brand building: experience and track record in activating innovative digital consumer marketing channel; - Has led teams directly as well as indirectly (via dotted line) in complex organizations; International Experience with a touch of Italianism: a global citizen with multi-country experience, ideally across global regions who understands different cultures and consumer behaviours with some exposure to Italian working culture; - English and Italian (both fluent), preferably third European language; - MS office, SAP, Salesforce; - Influential leadership to create commitment among peers and teams, and drive the Group to the ‘next step’; - Digital commerce and marketing mechanics; ideally grew up as digital marketing native; - Negotiation Skills with B2B partners; - Effective communication and influencing in a multi-stakeholder, international matrix environment; Strategic, fact-based mindset coupled with hands-on, sleeves-up mentality; Altre informazioni: Working location: Giavera del Montello (TV)
