Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will support DA onboarding, onboarding processes, and ongoing management for MGA/TPA partners. You'll act as the trusted point of contact for onboarding queries and help map partner data into standard models. This position offers exposure to cross-border operations in a global specialty insurance environment and a chance to influence governance and efficiency in DA activities.ResponsibilitiesExecute DA processes and procedures for MGA & TPA onboarding and renewals, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering end-to-end reviewsServe as trusted point of contact for DA-related queries across the team and with external partnersSupport the implementation of the broader DA framework for Sompo InternationalCollaborate with Compliance, Legal and Product teams to ensure regulatory adherencePerform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Line ManagerQualificationsSolid technical experience (≥2 years) in delegated authority and/or insurance processesExperience in MGA or TPA processes from a Risk, Internal Audit, or Delegated Authority perspectiveEnglish required plus at least one CE language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability xrdztoy to meet deadlinesCollege graduate or within 2 years of graduationProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good oral and written communication, attention to detail and due diligenceAbility to work with minimal supervision and follow processing guidelinesCustomer-focused with a drive for best-in-class performanceBenefitsHealth & Wellness BenefitsRetirement & Savings PlansGlobal Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr
