We as a growth oriented market leader invite you to join us on our journey from good to great! /ppRegional Supply Chain Manager – Europe /ph3Job Summary /h3pThe Regional Supply Chain Manager – Europe is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations across the European region for a fast-growing company in the stormwater management industry. This role focuses on strategic logistics planning, 3PL and transportation network management, and designing scalable supply chain solutions to support sales growth and market expansion across diverse European markets. /ppThe ideal candidate combines operational expertise with a commercial mindset, capable of driving efficiency, reducing costs, and building a supply chain infrastructure that supports sustainable growth in a technically complex and compliance-driven industry. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Logistics Distribution Strategy /h3ulliDesign, implement, and optimize a robust European logistics network to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of stormwater management systems and components. /liliManage third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, including contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), cost performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliEnsure logistics operations comply with EU transportation regulations, environmental standards, and health safety requirements. /li /ulh3Support Sales Growth Market Expansion /h3ulliCollaborate closely with regional sales teams to align supply chain capabilities with commercial goals and customer requirements. /liliAnticipate and plan for capacity needs based on pipeline activity, seasonal demand, and new product launches. /liliSupport the establishment of new distribution hubs or manufacturing partners to enable faster market access and improved service levels. /li /ulh3Network Optimization Supply Chain Design /h3ulliLead strategic planning and execution of an optimal supply and distribution network across Europe, considering local market needs, regulatory environments, and total landed cost. /liliAnalyze trade‑offs between cost, lead time, and service to recommend network adjustments and route‑to‑market strategies. /li /ulh3Inventory Demand Management /h3ulliOversee regional demand planning and inventory management processes to ensure product availability while minimizing working capital. /liliPartner with production planning and procurement teams to maintain accurate forecasts and optimal stock levels across multiple sites. /li /ulh3Cross‑functional Collaboration /h3ulliWork with engineering, manufacturing, and product management teams to understand product configurations, site requirements, and supply chain constraints. /liliAct as a strategic partner to finance, legal, compliance, and ESG teams to ensure operational excellence and transparency across the supply chain. /li /ulh3Team Supplier Leadership /h3ulliLead and develop a small regional supply chain / logistics team or act as a matrix leader across functions. /liliManage relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, and transport partners, driving KPIs and performance improvements. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business (Master’s or MBA preferred) /lili7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics roles, including at least 3 years in a regional or pan‑European leadership role /liliIndustry experience in construction materials, water management systems, infrastructure, or civil / environmental engineering products preferred /liliStrong understanding of EU‑wide logistics, customs, and regulatory frameworks /liliDemonstrated success managing 3PLs and optimizing supply networks to support business growth /liliProficient in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning tools; experience with supply chain analytics /liliExcellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills /liliFluent in English; other European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus /liliWillingness to travel regionally (approx. 25–40%) /li /ulh3Preferred Certifications /h3ulliAPICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) /liliSix Sigma / Lean Certification /liliPMP (Project Management Professional) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
