Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and take care of all communication.
* You are introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage.
* You identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas.
* You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients.
* Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes.
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects.
* A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to keeping several balls in the air.
* Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense environments.
* Willingness to travel to our customers.
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the automotive or software environment is a plus but not required.
