We are looking for a Finance and Compliance Manager to join our Group Finance Team. In this global role you will help the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate has a detailed knowledge of SOX and COSO framework, strong business process acumen, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively across a range of internal and external partners. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a high energy and innovative organization. /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliLead the internal control function and act as the “go-to” person for internal controls within the group and provide a reliable and insightful resource for implementing controls within a business process in an efficient and effective manner /liliActing as a business partner, providing consultancy to operational managers to duly manage risks, maintaina robust internal control environment and while driving simplification and rationalization /liliTransform the Group’s internal control Framework to meet SOX requirements and implement a new external GRC tool in the next 2-3 years /liliMaintain process documentation, procedures and controls, including flowcharts (SAP Signavio) and Risk and Control Matrices with stakeholders /liliProvide creative input that will drive process efficiency across the organization and make valuable contributions to the audit process /liliProvide timely and proactive updates to Finance leadership team on key risks, gaps, process enhancements, or any areas of potential concern. /liliPartner with the IT organization teams to ensure alignment on SOX approach, timing, controls reliance, external audit reliance, etc. /liliFind opportunities to leverage IT solutions to automate processes and create efficiencies in financial processes and strengthen internal controls /liliCoordinate activities and strategies with internal and external auditors /liliParticipate in the preparation of leadership and Audit Committee materials /liliSupporting on a variety of ad hoc finance projects as required /li /ulpbYour Background /b /pulliYou have at least 6 - 10 years of work experience in finance, audit or internal control related areas.
