Job Core Responsibilities The digital & CRM specialist is accountable for the performance of the online campaigns and the CRM activities of the affiliate. Description of Responsibilities Main tasks include: - Launch, structure and optimize the company Google Ads account - Launch and optimize Social Media campaigns (with focus on Facebook) - Track and analyse campaign performance to improve online efficiency - Produce reports for management - Support in identifying solutions and make recommendations to improve channel effectiveness - Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple digital channels - Suggest and develop creative effective digital assets, also liaising with the agencies as well as internal brand team - Build digital/CRM strategy for ANI brands and business cases to gain investments from internal stakeholders - Champion and drive through necessary CRM & digital channels build ups and optimizations ensuring full buy in from all stakeholders in the business - Suggest and optimize the eCommerce and website product pages - Manage the relationships with media agencies Knowledge and Experience - 1-2 years of experience in a media agency (experience with FMCG or Consumer Health business are preferable but not necessary) - Experience with Google Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads platform - Experience in data analysis and reporting (confident in using Google Analytics) - Google Ads certification (Search or Display) is strongly preferred - Analytical and data driven mindset with the ability to translate data into commercially actionable plans - Knowledge of Amazon Advertising is preferred but not required - Excellent knowledge of Power Point and Excel - Fluent in English - Teamwork mindset
