Type : Full-Time Department : Operations & Guest Experience Focus : Property readiness, vendor coordination, logistics As Property Care & Operations, you are responsible for ensuring that all properties under management are impeccably maintained, fully stocked, and always guest-ready. You coordinate with vendors and suppliers, oversee logistics for linen and cleaning services, and collaborate with housekeeping and the Reservations & Guest Experience Team to deliver seamless operational execution and premium guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and document detailed property inspections before guest arrivals and after guest departures Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service calls with approved and trusted vendors Oversee stock levels of essentials (toiletries, amenities, equipment, etc.) and ensure timely restocking Identify and report damages, missing items, or guest/housekeeping-related issues; follow up on resolution Ensure that each property is perfectly staged with welcome materials and any guest-specific extras Assist in scheduling logistics, including linen deliveries, deep cleaning, seasonal maintenance, etc. Support invoice processing, vendor communications, and budgeting follow-up for related operations Maintain an up-to-date calendar of property interventions and coordinate timelines with all parties Support onboarding of new properties into operations (checklists, inventory, quality setup) Act as the point of contact for the housekeeping team and external service providers Ensure compliance with brand standards across all homes at all times Your Qualities: You fluently speak English and Italian, other languages are a plus You’re open to working on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends — this is a 24/7 business! You’re mobile and able to get around the city quickly (a bike or scooter is a plus) You bring a positive attitude to your work and your team You have a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset You’re constantly looking for ways to improve systems, service, and yourself You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment You’re comfortable working independently but also know how to collaborate with others NB - this is a 6 month paid internship 800 euros per month
