Role OverviewThe Legal Specialist will provide support on commercial contracting, documentation review, compliance processes and day‑to‑day legal matters, partnering with teams such as Sales, Procurement, Technology and Marketing.The role also includes the delivery of dedicated legal training to the Procurement function.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing and negotiating B2B commercial contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs and standard legal documentation.Preparing and updating Terms & Conditions in Italian and English, coordinating additional languages when required.Conducting legal research on commercial law, consumer protection, privacy/GDPR and sector regulations.Supporting compliance processes in consumer, privacy, risk and regulatory areas.Reviewing communication materials and commercial documentation.Managing contract deadlines, document archiving and contract management tools.Collaborating with Group Legal and Vodafone Business where necessary.Ideal ProfileLaw degree and approximately three years of experience in legal roles, preferably within a corporate setting (law firm experience also considered).Strong background in civil and commercial law, with proven contract drafting and negotiation skills.Experience in Privacy/GDPR and interest in the technology/automotive sector.Familiarity with forensic practice (pratica forense); bar qualification not required.English C1.Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.If you are seeking a role where your legal expertise can make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply!
