You will ensure that Data solutions are implemented, maintained, and optimized in line with business strategies, acting as a reference point for all activities related to the data management and analytics. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Governance and Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the Data CoE strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives. /li liEstablish standards, methodologies, and best practices for the use of Data solutions. /li liOversee governance models for decision‑making, risk management, and approval workflows. /li liEnsure clear ownership of platform administration, security, integration, and governance. /li /ul h3Operational Management /h3 ul liMonitor the health of the Data system, ensuring availability, performance, and security. /li liCoordinate release, upgrade, and maintenance activities (Release Management). /li liMontor issues a resolution and escalates to AMS service in case of need. /li liSupport major incident resolution. /li liProvide operational support, application management, infrastructure management, and change management. /li liParticipate in project preparation, blueprinting, realization, final preparation, go‑live support, and run phases. /li liGuarantee global business model adoption and promote innovation. /li liMonitor system performance and integration. /li liManage the CAB (Change Advisory Board) and the related Release/Change management processes. /li liMonitor external/internal suppliers to ensure compliance with processes and procedures. /li liLead the technical solution, design, and effort estimation phases for any new Data solution. /li liMonitor the Data Project portfolio to ensure the safety of the production environment. /li liSupport the IT Governance function to define the SOD risk matrix. /li /ul h3Support and Innovation /h3 ul liProvide second‑level support for complex incidents. /li liPromote the adoption of new Data features and innovation initiatives. /li liDrive continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing business processes and system design. /li liSupport AMS (Application Management Services) and user training/experience. /li /ul h3Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as an interface between IT and business, facilitating communication and understanding of requirements. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams and external suppliers. /li liEnable effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liIn‑depth knowledge of Data S/4HANA and main modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM). /li liKnowledge of the customizing and optimization of the Data modules for business needs. /li liFamiliarity with Data Fiori user experience and embedded analytics. /li liUnderstanding of master data management and data governance. /li liExperience in Data integration, security, and architecture. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. /p h3Professional experience /h3 p7+ years of experience in managing Data architecture from project management, service management and IT governance standpoint. /p h3Language /h3 pFluent knowledge of English (spoken and written). /p h3Soft skills /h3 ul liProblem solving, results orientation, ability to influence and negotiate. /li liAbility to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liActive listening, clear speech and writing, and effective presentation skills are crucial for building confidence and clarity within teams and with clients. /li liInspiring and guiding teams through change, setting a clear vision, and motivating others to achieve goals. /li liEmpowering decision‑makers and fostering a culture of accountability and trust. /li liBuilding strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical skills to diagnose issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 pData certifications are a plus. /p h3Other /h3 ul liExperience in international contexts and digital transformation projects. /li liAbility to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. /li /ul p#LI-MV1 /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
