If you share our passion for discovery and want to find out what you could really do, then here is the place to do it. /ppThe HR Intern is responsible for providing administrative and processing support for delivery of Human Resources (HR) services at the location, and for implementing HR processes and actions. The candidate may be the first line of contact for management/employee queries and is expected to have a good grasp of the personnel/business issues with appropriate and proactive measures to regularly improve Personnel performance and employee motivation. /ppEssential Responsabilities and Duties: /pulliProvide clerical support associated with preparing and filing HR documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence; /liliPerform clerical duties associated with processing HR related data and information, and documentation archiving; /liliTroubleshoot data and reports; /liliSubmit and follow up on the WFs in PC; /liliMonitor and sort on a daily basis the e-mails received on the PEC; /liliFollow up the payment of the fines; /liliAssist in rollout and implementation of HR programs/processes; /liliIdentify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives; /liliHelp with organization and logistics of teambuilding and local community events; /liliAssist in coordinating internal and external training (both local and SLB ones) and recruitment activities; /liliAssist in updating the HR Manuals; /liliHelp with the follow up of the seniority awards; /liliSupport HR team with queries regarding employee relations issues and/or concerns about motivation and job satisfaction; /liliSupport and assists business/line managers on interpretation and administration of Personnel policies and programs; /liliComplies with all applicable SLB standards and policies; /liliEnsure compliance with the Data Privacy Protection Guidelines; /li /ulpEmployees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company. /ppQualifications: /pulliCurrently has or is in the process of obtaining the relevant university degree in Human Resources or Business Management; /liliInterested in starting and developing a career in HR within a multinational environment; /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; /liliProactive attitude, attention to details and drive for results; /liliFluent English is mandatory; /li /ulpCompetencies: /pulliLeading by example: Strongly protects and acts as guardian to our Values, Policies and Personnel Principles and encourages employees to do the same. /liliVisible and accessible: Is visible, approachable and available to all employees. /liliResults oriented: Delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy. /liliProactive: Identifies, assesses and addresses potential issues in the workplace.
