The Opportunity
You will carry out development and support activities for the bank's commercial network, manage the relationship with the customer from the initial proposal to post‑sales. You will collaborate across internal structures and departments linked to the activation of the contract, the management and installation of the POS, and the customer care activities on both the commercial and after‑sales sides. You will gain in‑depth knowledge of Worldline products and services and understand the commercial dynamics that the network develops and disseminates. A 360° commercial experience.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Acquire new merchants with small and medium‑sized volumes (Business and SME) in the account holders market and in the open market.
* Maintain and develop volumes of customers and the portfolio already equipped with POS service.
* Provide commercial assistance to the bank network to maintain, develop and acquire new volumes through the network.
* Implement training and coaching consultancy activities for the supplied product to the sales network.
* Monitor monthly performance of the managed customer portfolio in terms of growth and profitability.
* Analyze and develop projections at the territory level.
