To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Transport Manager who understands the freight market and can operate independently from day one.
Prepare and negotiate customized commercial offers
Work closely with operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, rates, and competitors
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Freight Forwarder, Transport Broker, or within a Transport Agency
Solid understanding of road freight pricing, margins, and market dynamics
Fluent English required
Italian, German, or another European language is a strong advantage
Highly autonomous, target-driven, and commercially minded
Willingness to relocate full-time to Austria (38.5 hours/week)
Full-time, stable contract (38. Annual gross salary range: €Free German language course to support integration
