Finance Operations Analyst, Amazon Music
Our Finance Operations team has built a transformational platform that replaced disconnected systems and streamlined financial processes. We're now expanding our Mexico-based team and looking for automation-minded professionals who are passionate about eliminating manual work and reimagining how finance operations should work.

Responsibilities
* Be the Finance Partner Business Teams Rely On – simplify complex financial processes so marketing and industry teams can focus on creating amazing experiences for music fans; manage purchase order workflows, budget tracking, and provide real-time insights that drive strategic decisions.
* Drive Automation and Process Innovation – identify automation opportunities, implement process improvements using tools like make.com and AI solutions, and help shape the future of finance operations.
* Deliver Operational Excellence – ensure accuracy and compliance across thousands of transactions while working with a globally distributed team across Mexico, Barcelona, and India.
* Build Strategic Relationships – conduct monthly business reviews with marketing and industry teams across the Americas; partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Global Procurement to resolve complex issues.

What You’ll Bring
* 3‑5 years in finance operations, accounting, procurement, or related fields.
* Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (COUPA, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
* Demonstrated passion for process automation and continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial data reconciliation.
* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
* Portuguese is a plus.

* Experience with automation tools (make.com, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar).
* Background implementing or optimizing systems.
* Exposure to audit and compliance requirements.
* Project management or business analysis experience.
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.

Basic Qualifications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
* Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
* +3 YOE previously in financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
* Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese.
* Experience with any of these tools: monday.com, Asana, JIRA, Airtable.
