POSITION


DService - Technical Support - Italy

We are looking for a curious and analytical person, proactive and result-oriented, to join our
Technical Customer Service – Italy.

What you will do:

* Provides After-Sales support to the region
* Provides Commissioning and Product Setup support to the region
* Provides Spare Parts selection support to the region, thanks to the Company specific support & selection tool;
* Selects and provides available Technical Documentation or Product Details to the region, thanks to the Company specific support & selection tool;
* Addresses Customers needing Sales support to the correct Sales Representative;
* Addresses Customers needing on-field and repair support to the correct Service Partner (CAT) in the region
* Provides all the previous activities via email, by phone or WhatsApp, by saving the correct Contact and Product full information creating a ticket in CRM;
* Provides pre-sales information about benchmark and product selection
* Escalate any unknown product issues or technical problem to second level
* Product Failure rate monitoring

WHO you are:

* Technical background, with professional knowledge and skills on Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics.
* Good relational skills
* Strong customer oriented approach
* Problem solving
* Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad
* English written and spoken at good level,
* Knowledge of Spanish will be consider a plus

salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
