Position description Posting title: - Product Quality Assurance M/F Regular/Temporary: - Regular Job description: - Product Quality Assurance for AMS-Analog IPC division products - Following Quality aspects all along product lifetime from origin (mat 0) to obsolescence (mat 90). Promoting Quality initiative for continuous product improvement. Manage External Customer Complaints (ECC) and Return Material Request (RMA). Interface all divisional functions during product development to consider and treat all quality related aspects at core team meetings. - Implementing and following-up actions for Problem Solving as well as putting in place activities for Problem Prevention. - Managing relations with Customers as first interface for all Quality topics. Profile: - Good base of electronics and microelectronics (semiconductor, main electronics elementary circuits/device functionalities) - Team working; sense of urgency attitude; analysis and synthesis. - Intermediate level for written and spoken English language.
