This role requires a strong background in electronics and testing, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze and process hardware specifications of electronic control units (from customers and/or suppliers) for embedded and safety critical and ASPICE compliant applications within mechatronic systems (braking and non-braking). /li liDefine the validation plan with the customer and suppliers, analyze and/or produce the test specifications and following the execution from development to validation, both in-house and at suppliers. /li liContribute to the definition of test strategy and VV plan. /li liDefine the test execution plan. /li liEnsure preparation and execution of EE/EMC tests for the development and validation of mechatronic/HW systems and components on benches and vehicles, in times and ways established with the relevant Manager/Coordinator. /li liResponsible for data analysis and developing of new tools. /li liResponsible for compiling and editing test reports and documentation. /li liEnsure the analysis of issues, search for possible causes and proposing possible solutions. /li liManage electronic instrumentation and components with particular attention on calibration and usage requirements, as well as safety aspects. /li liChose components for automotive wiring harnesses, make connection system design, follow prototyping and debugging. /li liEnsure continuous critical preventive control activity in terms of system safety, effectiveness and efficiency. /li liContribute to the definition of specific documents, methods, procedures, processes and tools for the area of its competence. /li liContribute to the definition, implementation and commissioning of new types of instruments, test benches and Loads. /li liSupport the system test, electromechanical validation and road test teams with regard to electrical/electronic aspects. /li liSupport the transition of designs from prototype to manufacturing, addressing DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) considerations, in collaboration with electronic layout experts. /li liStay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in electronics design. /li /ul h3Minimum requirements /h3 ul liMaster Degree in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering; /li liGood knowledge of English language; /li li3-5 years' Experience in electronic testing in automotive sector, in particular regarding ECU. /li liGood knowledge of data analysis (Data analysis tool and methods, Data visualization, Data pre/post processing); /li liProficiency in electronic measuring tools (e.g.: oscilloscope, multimeter, voltmeter, …); /li liProficiency in definition of test cases and procedures, implementation, setup, execution, post-processing analysis, and reporting /li liKnowledge of EE/EMC standards /li liHands-on ability required /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liCommunication with Suppliers and external entities /li liProficiency in using EE/EMC testing software (e.g.: Autowave (EMtest), Isocontrol (EMtest), … ). /li /ul h3Location /h3 pStezzano (BG) - Italy /p pThe company, which will directly take care of the selection process and communications with candidates, guarantees the processing of data in accordance with European Regulation no. 2016/679.
