As we expand globally, we’re seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative – EMEA (BDR) to help fuel that growth. If you're motivated, curious, hunter mentality and eager to build something meaningful, this could be your next big move.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of


* Identify & win new business
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of agency and advertiser leads across EMEA
* Focus on performance-driven agencies managing large Meta/Google/Affiliate portfolios, as well as direct advertisers in growth verticals (e.g., ecommerce, gaming, fintech, apps)
* Drive revenue growth
* Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo/pitch, negotiation, closing
* Secure credit line adoption and platform onboarding deals aligned to monthly/quarterly sales targets
* Strategic client development
* Develop deep, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (Founders, Performance Directors, Affiliate Managers etc... )
* Position Adtucon.io as both a financial and technological partner for their scaling needs
* Market intelligence & collaboration
* Track competitive trends and market shifts
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure client feedback informs roadmap and go-to-market
* Reporting & forecasting
* Own sales pipeline accuracy, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting in CRM
* Provide clear insights to leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities
* Your task is to design and present a strategy that will:
* Qualify which agencies are most likely to benefit from Adtucon.io’s credit line + MediaTech solution
* Align with Adtucon.io’s positioning as a growth enabler for agencies, not as a competitor or replacement for their internal teams

What We Wish You’d Bring With

* 3–6 years of proven success in B2B business development or sales, ideally within Affiliate, AdTech, MarTech, digital media, SaaS, or performance marketing
* Strong understanding of agency business models and performance media (Meta, Google, programmatic)
* Experience working with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar
* Hunter mindset — highly proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
* Fluent English (additional European languages a big plus, e.g., Italian, Spanish, French, German)
