Experteer Overview In this role you will define and implement Italy compensation and benefits strategies aligned with Group policies, delivering market-competitive processes. You will partner with HR, payroll, HRIS and Group Reward teams to support both day-to-day and strategic reward initiatives in a complex, international environment. You'll apply an analytical, data-driven approach to ensure accuracy, equity and operational excellence. You will influence stakeholders and help shape reward programs through rigorous analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits manage salary surveys participation, ensure data quality and timely submission, and produce benchmark reports with recommendations
analyse and validate salary proposals for hires, moves, ensuring policy adherence and internal equity; support job grading with Korn Ferry
coordinate end-to-end annual salary review process, including budget and data loading in SuccessFactors
support management of the annual Short Term Incentive system from objective setting to payout and evolving the STI framework
contribute to strategic compensation projects (EU Pay Transparency Directive, acquisitions, policy harmonisation) and drive process optimisation
oversee Production Bonus calculations and define Flexible Benefits offerings, coordinating with HR Admin, Payroll and HRIS
support Expat population management in collaboration with Group Expat Unit and local Payroll
Responsabilità Master in Economics; Management Engineering; Statistics or related field
experience in Compensation & Benefits within structured multinational environments
solid knowledge of job evaluation systems (Korn Ferry, Mercer or Willis Towers Watson)
hands‐on experience managing salary review and incentive processes
proficient in HR systems; SuccessFactors preferred; advanced Excel
strong understanding of Italian employment, tax and social security regulations related to compensation
analytical, data‐driven mindset with ability to translate data into insights; consultative communication with stakeholders
detail‐oriented, results‐driven, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
proactive, own the work, discreet with sensitive information
fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Requisiti fondamentali base salary according to CCNL
annual variable bonus up to 10%
