Functieomschrijving Your Profile Azienda cliente operante nel settore degli impianti industriali ricerca un/a Customer Service Specialist per supportare l’area LATAM e Paesi di lingua spagnola, garantendo la corretta gestione del ciclo ordine e un elevato livello di servizio ai clienti internazionali. Responsabilità principali: Coordinate end-to-end order flow from order entry to delivery. Act as central interface between customers, sales, planning, logistics, and factories. Monitor order status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues. Manage daily communication with customers and distributors for the assigned Countries. Provide order updates, delivery information, and issue resolution. Support sales teams in customer follow-up and execution topics. Handle escalations with ownership and urgency. Reach out proactively to customer base for forecast visibility, churn and cross sell opportunities. Skills Requisiti Esperienza in Customer Service / Order Management / Inside Sales (preferibile settore industriale B2B). Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e di coordinamento. Approccio proattivo, strutturato e orientato alla soluzione. Abilità nel lavorare in contesto internazionale e dinamico. Disponibilità a trasferte per training. Lingue richieste: Spanish – fluent (mandatory) English – fluent (mandatory) Portuguese - strongly preferred Italian – preferred Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato, tempo pieno.
