Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. /p h3Purpose of the job: /h3 pThe Method Process Expert represents the business voice for tool and process related to his/her area of expertise: review the tool performance availability, analyze issues with the Key User, align with Métier on priority evolutions and major issues, verify that the standard processes are efficiently in use, support Business to specify and deploy digital projects. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport Business Process efficiency through implementation and continuous improvement of ad-hoc Methodologies and monitoring of a defined set of process KPIs. /li liSupport Business to specify and deploy digital projects (capture requirements, support transfer to IST, organize projects implementation, plan change management and spread digital culture) according to the Service Management digital strategy and central digital initiatives. /li liDrive and support the Key User as Level 2 Functional support to distribute capitalize returns of experience for Functional process support (methodologies, rules control). /li liEnsure GSI/ERP running maintenance and evolutions implementation: manage key users’ community, define improvement priorities, monitor GSI/ERP business indicators to ensure process efficiency, ensure coordination with BPO and coordinate GSI/ERP new releases implementation. /li liPerform efficient mitigation in operational crises (communication, coordination, workarounds, degraded mode definition) related to application issues. /li liConsolidate Training Kit, verify the business training needs and coordinate the training sessions. /li liAssure Methodologies deployed among MPI experts KU network, animate KU network through regular meetings. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or equivalent. /li liBasic knowledge of business analysis. /li liFamiliarity with IT tools. /li liUnderstanding of industrial processes (academic knowledge is fine). /li liFluent English, written and spoken. /li liInterest in railway and service industries. /li liStrong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork. /li liPositive attitude toward change and continuous learning. /li /ul pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
