Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the global sales planning process to forecast monthly volumes by brand, market and product type. You will collaborate with sales, markets and channels to validate data and support the Demand Planning team with analysis. You will ensure timely execution, monitor deviations and help shape the global sales fulfilment calendar with cross-functional partners. This position sits in a dynamic, international environment at Padova HQ, contributing to the growth of Kering Eyewear within the luxury segment.

- Manage the global Sales Planning process and tools to develop monthly forecasts by brand, market and product type
- Aggregate and collect sales projections from different departments and geographies
- Discuss, validate and align data with markets and channels
- Share data with Demand Planning for variance analysis
- Organize periodic meetings with sales teams to review data and actions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes and reporting
- Prepare and share deviation analyses at global and market levels
- Build a feasible global sales fulfilment calendar with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Sales
- Analyze order portfolio and propose actions to optimize composition and maintenance
- Maintain reporting updates to support process execution and trend understanding
Responsabilità
- Degree in Economics or equivalent disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in multinational contexts
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office package
