JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The EssilorLuxottica Creative Hub Production Team is looking for a producer, in charge of overseeing brand campaigns and video/photo productions from conception to final delivery. The producer will oversee the entire production process, coordinating jointly with the other producers, all media production and operations for the group’s brands. The producer will be creating content ranging from global marketing campaigns and TV Spots to brand collaborations to E-Commerce and digital productions, overseeing all aspects related to the development, preproduction, production and post production by setting up both fully in-house productions and collaborating with external partners. The producer will be responsible for ensuring high quality standards and make sure productions meet scheduled goals and deadlines. This entails a range of oversight of work including planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing production activities for maximum optimization of projects, budgets and communication objectives. The producer will be in charge of managing the production budget assigned to each project and will work in sinergy with the rest of the Creative Hub team (creative directors, content coordinators, graphic designers, copywriters etc) to ensure 360° in house collaboration. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: - Work with producers, filmmakers, photographers, 3D artists, Editors, Motion Graphic Designers and set designers on day-to-day operations of the production department - Set the quality standards - Manage all phases of a project from budgeting to project completion and delivery. Planning, scheduling, budgeting and invoicing - Ensure the projects assigned are on schedule and on budget. - Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed - To assign resources (in-house or external partners) to produce the content, guaranteeing the best quality with the budget available. - Coordination of internal and external teams and vendors engaged in project execution - Communication with internal client, progress tracking with reporting to stakeholders - Liaise with different departments, teams and stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients - Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from clients - Supervise and motivate a team of workers - Review worker performance and identify training needs - Identify best practices for video and develop daily operations as necessary - Contract review and negotiation - Vendors and talent scouting per project’s needs TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: - A minimum of 5\7 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment) - Experience in content creation, production & narrative - Budget breakdown and scheduling - Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills - A collaborative mindset and ability to work with ever changing needs - Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment - Ability to work on a global scale with different time zones - Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Knowledge of video/photo production equipment and language - International Experience is a plus - Corporate experience is a plus - Experience in fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus
