Restaurant Supervisor
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by being part of the opening team! The Restaurant Supervisor will manage the restaurant areas while overseeing the restaurant team alongside the F&B&E Manager.

Recipe 1 / Operations & Service
* Supervise all restaurant and bar activities during the different service formats (à la carte buffet brunch events).
* Ensure informal but professional customer service typical of an international boutique hostel.
* Actively support the team during peak hours/periods.
* Welcome guests and manage any requests, feedback or complaints.
Recipe 2 / Team Management
* Coordinate and motivate the floor and bar staff during shifts.
* Assign tasks and ensure that operational standards are met.
* Provide ongoing training on service menus, sales techniques and cocktail lists.
Recipe 3 / Standards & Quality
* Ensure the correct mise en place for the tapas bar, buffet and brunch.
* Guarantee compliance with HACCP procedures and hygiene‑sanitation standards.
* Constantly check dish presentation and service quality.
Recipe 4 / Bar & Menu Management
* Support the bar in the preparation and quality control of cocktails.
* Have in-depth knowledge of the tapas menu, drink list and products offered.
* Promote upselling techniques and drink pairing.
Recipe 5 / Resource Management & Operations
* Support inventory management for the bar and floor including food supplies and materials.
* Collaborate on operational cost control and waste reduction.
* Manage reservations, guest flow and table organization.
Recipe 6 / Events & Special Activities
* Collaborate in the execution of themed events, cocktail nights, tastings, music events etc.
* Coordinate the staff dedicated to events and ensure impeccable execution.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
* Field of study: Restauration.
* Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum.
* Language required: English, Italian.
