, you\'ll be in control of your room income, and with you, every room sold is a win, and every euro counts double.

Compliance & Standards
Details: You develop and implement revenue strategy hand in hand with the General Manager and brand guidelines, anticipating market movements like a chess player.
Your goal is to maximise revenue while maintaining a smart commercial balance.
You spot trend discrepancies before anyone else does and take action accordingly.
Qualifications
Your leadership is as sharp as your analytical mind – you don't just follow trends; you anticipate and shape them.
When it comes to reservations and distribution systems (TARS, PMS, IDEAS, Opera Cloud...), you are fluent.
Your organisational skills are legendary; your communication is crystal clear.
You could have been a chess grandmaster – calculating risks, spotting opportunities, and always keeping the big picture in mind.
Your Excel spreadsheets and reports are your type of modern art.
You're fluent in Italian and in English; a third language would be a plus.
