You’ll also incorporate innovative interviewing techniques to adapt to evolving market needs. Key Accountabilities - Collaborating closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing requirements. - Conduct HR interviews, providing support for technical interviews as needed. - Monitoring KPIs and analyzing recruitment processes. - Delivering high-quality results on time, ensuring compliance with established procedures. - Assisting in the implementation of innovative selection and recruitment practices. - Participating in job fairs to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
