Ph3WW Compensation Benefits, HR Operations and Transformation Director /h3pThe HR Compensation Benefits, HR Operations and Transformation Director plays a pivotal role at the intersection of HR economics, financial discipline, tech evolution and organizational transformation across all regions.br/The position is responsible for shape and governing competitive and sustainable compensation, benefit, HR budgeting, controlling, reporting and HR tech frameworks, ensuring control and planning of workforce costs, and leading HR transformation initiatives aligned with company’s positioning and business strategy.br/The role acts as a strategic partner to the Company CEO, CFO and Business Leaders, as well as Group HR teams, translating people‑related decisions into measurable impact on performance, productivity and profitability, with particular attention to Retail operations and international markets.br/It ensures competitive and equitable reward structure, oversees salary reviews, job evaluation, mobility offers, and reporting.br/The profile will report to the Chief People Officer. /ph3Job responsibilities /h3ulliLead Compensation, Benefits Reward Strategy worldwide, and ensure its effective implementation; /liliDefine, implement and govern global compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with Brand values, performance culture and the Group guidelines; /liliOversee short and long‑term incentive schemes for corporate and retail populations, balancing pay‑for‑performance principles with luxury culture and sustainability Group strategy; /liliLead the job evaluation (job weight) methodology and annual salary review process, ensuring consistency with LVMH policies, internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks across geographies; /liliEnsure internal equity, external competitiveness and regulatory compliance across all geographies – with a strong focus on EU pay transparency directive; /liliOversee key aspects of payroll globally, ensuring accuracy and compliance; /liliLead HR cost control initiatives, analysing expenditures, and identifying areas for efficiency improvements; /liliDrive to the annual HR and payroll budgeting process, providing data‑driven insights and forecasting personnel‑related costs to support strategic financial planning; /liliMonitor and analyse labor cost evolution, productivity and efficiency indicators across regions and business units, with a key focus on Retail; /liliCollaborate closely with the Retail Excellence dept. to develop and refine workforce planning models and incentive schemes, linked to business drivers (traffic, sales, store formats, productivity targets, etc.); /liliDrive all HR reporting initiatives, including annual report and scorecard, ensuring global data accuracy; /liliDrive HRIS transformation initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness, transparency and data‑driven decision‑making; /liliLead the technology evolution in HR processes, tools and governance models in line with Group standards and best practices; /liliGlobally sponsor and coordinate tech AI HR transformation projects impacting organization, roles, performance management and people analytics; /liliAct as key interface with Group stakeholders on reward policies, benchmarking and governance topics; /liliEnsure strong HR governance, and policies worldwide, supporting scalability and consistency. /li /ulh3Profile /h3pbProfile Experience /b /pulliSignificant experience in leading Compensation Benefits, HR Cost Controlling, Workforce Planning within matrixed and international organizations; /liliStrong exposure to Retail and/or consumer‑facing businesses; experience in luxury or premium environments is a strong asset; /liliProven track record in leading technologic transformation projects and operating in matrix, international contexts; /liliSolid understanding of financial concepts (PL, cost structures, business cases) applied to people’s decisions; /liliStrong experience in interacting with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders. /liliStrategic and analytical mindset with strong business acumen; /liliAbility to connect people, numbers and operations; /liliCredibility and discretion in high‑level matrix environments; /liliInfluencing skills and ability to operate without direct authority; /liliInternational mindset and cultural sensitivity. /li /ulpbEducation Languages /b /pulliMaster’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; /liliMBA or Executive MBA preferred; /liliFluent English required; Italian highly recommended. /li /ulh3Additional information /h3pLVMH is committed to non‑discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
