PAccording to the indications given by the Service Project Manager, the Site Coordinator and Support Team carry out the technical service activities at the customers’ sites, collaborating with the relevant Service functions involved. /ppHe is responsible for organizing the job activities related to service delivery, with particular attention to the technical content based on his direct experience. /ppHis task includes the technical evaluation of GEA machines at customer sites, identifying mechanical and electrical components that need replacement or modernization. /ppHe undertakes the following main activities and tasks: /polliActive participation in scheduled Service activities such as Audit, Maintenance, Modification, Revamping, Upgrade, and Modernization at customer sites. /liliDefining spare parts, processing, and timing for machine overhauls; executing line/machine restarts following maintenance, modification, upgrade, or retrofit. /liliPerforming routine and extraordinary machine maintenance at customer sites. /liliPreparing detailed technical reports on activities performed and upcoming tasks. /liliTraveling worldwide as needed (approximately 120 days per year). /liliCoordinating and managing on-site external technicians and subcontractors. /liliManaging technical, operational, and timing details of interventions in alignment with received instructions. /liliWorking closely with the Site Coordinator and Service Project Manager to ensure safety standards are met and evaluating necessary corrective actions. /liliDrawing up maintenance lists. /liliHandling internal tasks such as troubleshooting, remote support activities, and Help Desk services. /li /olpThe ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Service Transfer Technician for plant maintenance and modifications in the Beverage industry. They possess strong management skills in service organization, customer mediation, and internal coordination.
