What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you will contribute to designing and deploying machine learning models and data-driven strategies to address real-world challenges in credit risk, fraud detection, and customer intelligence. You will report to the Southern Europe Analytics Director. Your Responsibilities Develop and validate predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. Translate complex data into relevant insights and communicate them effectively to clients and team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop tailored data science solutions. Contribute to pre-sales efforts by showcasing our analytics capabilities and customizing solutions for clients. For senior candidates: Lead projects and mentor junior team members. Experience and Skills At least 2 years of experience in data science within credit risk, fraud analytics, or marketing analytics. Background in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis. Proficiency with tools such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS. Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks, Cloudera, or Snowflake. Fluent in English (written and spoken). For senior candidates: Project management and team leadership skills. Good to Have Knowledge or experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and information retrieval.
