About The Role
The Customer Development Manager for Industrial - Screeds Market will reinforce the Italian sales team and contribute to the expansion of commercial sales activities with A, B and C1 customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accountable for Sales Revenue and Material Margin for selected customers (A, B and C1).
2. Set strategies and targets for long term growth of A, B and C1 customers in sub-segment.
3. Responsible for prices and quotation for own customer pool.
4. Insure the promotion and sales of the whole Caldic offers (build a balanced portfolio of initiatives).
5. Ownership of customers for selected accounts incl. lead generation, initial customer contact and customer visits, contract management (incl. negotiations and quotations) and deal closure.
6. Responsible for elaborating and following of
