Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are currently looking for a bPackaging Designer - softgood industry /b who will create concept pack design and lead materials to create core secondary / special edition packaging in line with the brand ID of the brands. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liVisualize creative concepts and designs for core packaging special editions with focus on soft good packaging. /li liCreate original designs for products and collections that are compliant with target, quality and production requirements. /li liGood knowledge of softcase developments. /li liGood knowledge of materials (textile / leather, etc.) across different segments (luxury / entry / premium) and how they interact in packaging. /li liMonitor the marketplace to identify opportunities to stay ahead of competitors. /li liEngage with various categories to maintain consistency throughout the Collection or Special Project. /li liParticipate in prototype development, making models in 3D and constructing material mock-ups. /li liEnsure design from first mockup to last sampling before production. /li liParticipate in fittings, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments. /li liMaintain clear and ongoing communication with suppliers or internal production stakeholders, providing detailed specifications for drawings materials; offering solutions for any challenges encountered. /li liSupervise and lead state-of-the-art adaptations of designs and ensure impeccable design samples of final artwork files created by prototypes departments pre-productions sampling. /li liDesign and manage technical drawing process in collaboration with engineering and conduct industrial trials. /li liMaintain an organized archive of design concepts, samples, and materials. /li liCooperate with PM and engineering; interface with internal external customers, assembly plants and central functions during project execution through the maturity steps of the package development process from feasibility to release to production. /li liMaintain clear and ongoing communication with suppliers, providing detailed specifications for drawings and prints on fabrics, and offering solutions for any challenges encountered. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liEducational background in Fashion Design, Product Design, Accessories Design / soft good designer or related field. /li liAt least 3–5 years of proven experience in packaging design or the soft good industry. /li liGood knowledge of packaging production processes and decoration techniques. /li liSolid experience with design software packages (Adobe, 3D, AI platform). /li liSolid experience with soft goods. /li liGood knowledge of materials. /li liGood time-management mindset. /li liHands-on design capability. /li liGood communication with other functions. /li liOut-of-the-box problem-solving approach. /li liPresentation and communication skills. /li liHighly collaborative style and demonstrated ability to work in teams. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
