Backed by more than 40 years of experience, our systems ensure safe, efficient and sustainable operations for a wide variety of customers and applications worldwide. /ppbSummary : /b /ppAs a Service Project Management and Sales Support, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of on-site service activities, including retrofits, warranty repairs, and service level agreements. You will serve as the key point of contact for Cavotec Sales teams and customers, providing after-sales support and ensuring high standards of service delivery. /ppYour responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and directing the completion of service level agreements, on-site repairs, and remanufacturing activities, ensuring that all service projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed scope and quality standards. /ppAdditionally, you will support the Service Center Manager in the preparation of tender documentation and related content, contributing to the effective presentation of Cavotec’s service offering. /ppbResponsibilities : /b /pulliDraft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements, within the region. /liliManage the on-site contractual activities of the project own and subcontracted resources. /liliSupport the service center manager for any repairs and remanufacturing activities – resources and tooling, ensure the proper logistic and specialized equipment is available when needed. /liliLiaise with key internal stakeholders and Centers of Excellences in all requirements related to in-house repairs, remanufacturing, and refurbishment. /liliRegularly define and update the on-site work schedule and budget. /liliCommunicate and coordinate regularly with the customer on progress. /liliCollect, resolve, and close with the customer all punch list items and warranty claims. /liliCommunicate to personnel about on-site environmental constraints and safety measures. /liliUnderstand and leverage the contract between our customer and Cavotec and apply professional principles of management. /liliReport on project main KPIs: quality, on-time delivery, cost, safety. /liliUse the return on experience from executed projects in the region, support the Service center manager for the preparation of the costing and tendering documentation. /liliCollaborate with local Sales to ensure a successful customer experience and proper delivery of the service agreement. /liliSupport the Service center manager by ensuring the dispatching and site access of field service engineers and technicians and schedule activities. /liliSupport the Field services technicians and Service center manager to identify new sales opportunities with existing customers. /liliDevelop fair, transparent, and result-driven relationships with customers to facilitate business delivery. /li /ulpbRequirements : /b /pulliEngineering degree or equivalent background required. /liliProject Management experience of 2-3 years minimum. /liliPrevious experience in services environment. /liliOperational planning. /liliBudgeting and cost management. /liliSubcontracting. /liliContract negotiations. /liliProficient in CRM (preferably SalesForce) and ERP environments. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliFluency in English and Italian is required for success in the role. /li /ulpCandidates not in line with the requirements described above will not be considered. /ppPlease attach your updated CV in English to your application. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
