Our clients have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security Officer who will demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users at a prime location.

* Position : Corporate Security Officer
* Shifts : 7 On 3 Off, 7 On 4 Off – Days & Nights
Job Role / Requirements :
* Licence required
* 5-star Corporate Security, Concierge, or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage
* Ex-forces background is an advantage
* Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and adapt to operational needs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service at all times
* Strong command of English and good IT skills
* Reliable, responsible, and punctual
* Friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character
* Maintain a professional appearance at all times
* Flexible in daily duties and willing to participate in additional events on site
* First Aid qualification and CCTV SIA Licence are desirable
About You :
* Ability to deliver high-quality guarding and customer service
* Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
* Calm under pressure and confident in handling confrontational situations
* Physically fit for patrols and able to stand / walk during shifts
* Competent in writing incident and shift reports
* Professional and courteous demeanor, with effective body language
* Efficient in dealing with visitors and staff, exceeding customer expectations
* IT skills to operate Access Control and CCTV systems
* Good email communication skills
* Ability to exercise command and control, and communicate effectively across management levels
* Understanding of the Corporate Escalation Process and emergency procedures
* Willing to conduct opening & closing procedures, patrols, reception duties, and emergency responses
* Comfortable working on a construction site transitioning into an office environment
* Smart appearance suitable for the company
* Prepared to undertake all duties and provide necessary documentation and vetting
