As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers with their products, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions. 
Your Responsibilities : 
Handle calls, messages, and emails from customers. 
Provide info and support on the company'sproducts (vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.) 
Troubleshoot technical problems. 
Manage warranty claims and repairs. 
Recommend products based on customer needs. 
Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication. 
Requirements : 
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English 
Relocate to Greece. 
Good problem-solving skills 
Professional attitude in handling concerns 
Experience in customer or tech support is a plus
