Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, covering issues related to teaming, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance.
* Design tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts.
* Develop and conduct training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger filings worldwide, and respond to government inquiries.
This role offers a flexible, fully virtual work environment, making location irrelevant.
