The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record managing EPC projects with high-demand international clients.The selected professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all project activities to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and financial targets.
This includes coordinating internal teams, third-party contractors, JV partners, and consultants to deliver complex projects efficiently and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full project lifecycle from engineering to construction and close-outDefine and control Project Driving Quantities (PDQ)Develop execution strategies with the Project DirectorEnsure compliance with HSE, Quality, and Security standardsManage HSE, Quality, Organization, and Risk Mitigation PlansSupervise planning and schedulingManage relationships with demanding international clientsOversee contract management, claims, and variations typical of EPC projectsEnsure project profitability (cost/revenue control)Lead multidisciplinary teamsRequirements:5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projectsPrevious experience (3–4 years) in Construction Supervision and/or Project Planning & ControlProven track record in EPC projects, ideally within complex international environments and with high-demand clientsSolid knowledge of project management tools and methodologiesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in international environmentsFluent English required (Portuguese is a plus)Work rotation: 60 days on / 15 days off Project site: Mozambique – Afungi site Administrative base: Parma, ItalyThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No.
