This team define the strategies to reach the HSE & Sustainable targets. You will be a support person for topics such as environmental, health and energy efficiency. You’ll support also activities related to the maintenance area. This position reports to: Facility Manager Your responsibilities: - Supports the Facility Manager on their functional responsibilities; - Contribute to improving sustainability and energy performance with the Energy transition to zero target; - Support the Implementation and updating of ISO 50001 certification; - Support the HSE certifications; - Control and management of Utilities consumptions in line with the company's policies; - Collect, analyze and report on Environmental and Energy performance; - Support the Facility departments on buildings, grounds, HVAC, car fleet, security, safety, waste, utilities, maintenance and other related areas; - Documents management (technical and administrative) for the Facility and HSE department; - Prepare and create reporting documentation regarding Facility and sustainability projects; - Development and updating of procedures in the Facility and sustainability areas; - Identify and develop projects to reduce energy costs / waste by minimizing environmental effects; - Support the team to optimize various tasks related to the maintenance activities; - Collaborates with other functions and business partners to carrying out project tasks; - Ensure that all the activities in the competence area are carrying out in accordance with ABB safety standard. Your background: - Degree in engineering (Environmental, Energy, Management or equivalent); - Knowledge of energy management aspects (electrical and mechanical); - Knowledge of DIN ISO 50001; - Knowledge of MS Office; - Fluent English and Italian; - A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and oral communication skills.
