Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in an international environment? Would you like to support key HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement?

Make a difference as an HR Intern

During your 6-month paid internship, with the possibility of contract renewal, you will:


•Screen resumes and applications, manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, and coordinate job postings.


•Prepare onboarding documents, ensure paperwork is completed, and help new hires settle in.


•Maintain and update employee files, organize HR documents, and create archives for former employees.


•Schedule and coordinate training sessions, support team events, and assist in organizing career days and university visits.


•Assist with internal communications and organize team-building activities and celebrations.


•Help track employee certifications and mandatory training programs in collaboration with the Office Coordinator.


•Provide operational support on local tools, manage tickets, and assist with presence and absence tracking on our internal platform.

What you bring as a future colleague


•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or related fields.


•Master's degree in Human Resources (preferred).


•Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.


•Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).


•Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.


•Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.


•Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
