Remote Controller Lead
We are currently looking for a Senior Controller - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the organization maintains robust financial health while driving strategic financial analysis. Accountabilities
* Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management
* Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness
* Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports
* Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Develop financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives
* Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations
* Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
* Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
* CPA certification strongly preferred
* Minimum 7‑10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
* At least 3‑5 years in a Controller or senior financial management role
* Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling
* Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks
* Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
* Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities
