* Analysis of order prevention and capacity verification;
* Analysis and monitoring of the life cycle of WBS in SAP, ensuring compliance with procedures relating to authorization processes;
* Preparation of actuals, Outlook and IBP packs, and sharing of contents with IPT Leaders and Program Managers (BA);
* Ensuring the pack for monthly Sales & cash-in reviews and Business Reviews;
* Accounting/Reporting;
* Verification of periodic re-planning through partnership with IPT;
* Participation in progress meetings for sharing project milestone updates
