DATA & REPORTING MANAGER - AMAZON LAST MILE DELIVERY BUSINESS UNIT - EUROPE
MISSION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data & Reporting Manager to join our Last Mile Delivery Business Unit dedicated to Amazon (AMZ) fleet operations, reporting directly to the GM. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational and strategic reports accurately and timely across all organizational levels, in collaboration with Arval's central data management team, aligning fully with Amazon's needs and priorities.
This role will serve as the key point of contact for all reporting matters, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility, while contributing to the evolution of our reporting infrastructure and tools.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reporting Governance & Strategy
* Serve as the primary contact for the AMZ FPAC team on reporting-related topics.
* Define and monitor key operational and financial KPIs (e.g., P&L, E&G) with the General Manager.
* Act as the final authority for data structure and reporting changes, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
* Ensure consistency, reliability, and traceability of all reports.
1. Reporting Design, Development & Delivery
* Oversee the timely and accurate production of reports (daily, monthly, annual) aligned with Amazon priorities.
* Coordinate the design and improvement of reporting tools for scalability and usability.
* Assess new reporting requests for feasibility, resources, timelines, and budgets.
* Manage the financial budget for reporting development and data initiatives.
1. Data Quality & Cross-Functional Coordination
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of core data sources feeding into reports.
* Lead initiatives to improve data quality and reliability of performance metrics.
* Coordinate with local Business Units to align reporting practices and data standards.
1. Automation & Innovation
* Drive automation projects to increase efficiency and scalability.
* Support the evolution of reporting architecture in line with Arval and BNP Paribas frameworks.
* Advise on data modeling, engineering, and visualization best practices.
SKILLS
* Ability to define key performance indicators for activity monitoring.
* Strong data analysis skills to identify main aspects and provide broad insights.
* Ability to recognize patterns and underlying issues in complex situations.
* Knowledge of data management techniques to support business decisions.
* Project management skills for leading data and reporting projects with teams.
