He/she ensures equipment inventory, marks maintenance and repair operations for the life of the building, and acts as the contact person for the service providers in charge of certain maintenance operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in waste disposal and related activities. /li liCollaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance activities. /li liEnsure equipment is inventoried and maintenance/repair operations are carried out for the building’s life. /li liServe as contact person for service providers responsible for certain maintenance operations. /li liMonitor and support company projects regarding energy efficiency and greenhouse‑gas reduction at the national level and at Rome site. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEnvironmental Engineering degree. /li liStrong technical profile with knowledge of energy efficiency, energy management (supply, diagnosis, savings, efficiency) and the ability to assess economic viability (ROI, NPV). /li liExperience in the technical‑economic evaluation of energy‑related interventions. /li liAbility to manage building envelope comfort, energy containment and industrial/production process needs. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liNative Italian. /li liFluent written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liGood interpersonal, organisational and planning skills. /li liStrong problem‑solving ability. /li liTeam‑working orientation. /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Location /h3 pRome, Latium, Italy /p pWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
