Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with existing and prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
* Deliver quotes and offers to customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Main Activities:
* Develop sales strategies for various products, aligning with customer needs and company objectives.
* Collaborate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions for customers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate favorable terms of sale with customers.
* Manage and record customer rates, ensuring accurate tracking.
* Issue material samples and test requests for the laboratory.
* Build and maintain customer rapport to foster long-term relationships.
* Monitor contract compliance and sales volumes with assigned customers.
* Anticipate and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in customer structure.
* Act as an interface between customers and various departments, including sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance.
* Assist the technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on individual sales activities, customer situations, and sample progress to management.

* Demonstrate knowledge and effective use of sales and negotiation techniques.
* Have detailed knowledge of company products and their advantages.
* Be familiar with the plastics industry and injection molding processes, with a proven track record of successful account management.
